Ayana Pineiro-Ilnicki is a native Floridian born in Miami. She has traveled and lived in South America and a few eastern and southern states in the United States. Ayana returned to Florida in 2008 to be close to her family. She joined Bethesda in 2015, as the Rector’s assistant. In the last few years, she has changed positions until 2023, when she became the Executive Assistant to The Rector, Fr. Tim Schenck, and Parish Administrator, Joseph Sanelli.
